Pick Up Procedures (Vancouver International Airport – YVR)

Domestic Arrival
Upon arrival please proceed to your assigned baggage carousel. Your chauffeur will be waiting with a sign with your name on it. He/she will assist you with your luggage.

International Arrival
Upon arrival please proceed through customs and immigration. After collecting your baggage at your assigned carousel, please exit through to the International Reception Lounge where your chauffeur will be waiting
with a sign with your name on it. He/she will then assist you with your luggage. If you require assistance with your luggage at the carousel, please notify us in advance and a porter will be arranged.

Drop Off Procedures (Vancouver International Airport)

Domestic Departure
Your chauffeur will ensure that your party will be at the airport 90 minutes prior to your flight to ensure plenty of time for checking in. He/she will also help you unload your luggage from the vehicle to the cart.

International Departure
For U.S. and International flights, your chauffeur will ensure that your party arrives at the airport 2 hours prior to your flight to ensure plenty of time for checking in. He/she will also help you unload your luggage from the vehicle to the cart.

Your chauffeur is familiar with road conditions, construction, and any delays that may occur along the way. At the time of booking we will suggest a time for pick-up at your location to ensure sufficient traveling time to the airport
