Our prices listed do not include 5% GST tax but there are no other extra fees (there is no fuel surcharge or airport parking fees). Our prices do not include gratuity for the driver. For example, the one way rate from Vancouver Airport to Whistler with a SUV, including all taxes and fees, but not gratuity, is $420.00 CAD ($400.00 + 5% GST-tax = $420.00).

This is not necessary but if you print your confirmations, there is lots of information about where to meet and our contact information.

We only offer private car service (we do not offer a shared bus type service). You can always coordinate with your friends to share a vehicle with us, we do not normally facilitate coordinating sharing rides with other groups.

All our vehicles have air conditioning or heat. The distance between the airport and where the vehicle will be parked is very short and mostly covered. Keep in mind that Whistler is usually about 5 degrees Celsius colder than Vancouver in the winter. Just let your driver know if you would like the vehicle warmer or colder.

Just bring yourself and a camera because the views are amazing! If you would like to stop for a photo on your way to Whistler at a nice lookout, just let your driver know.

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy but we want to be easy to work with and we would rather people book in advance instead of waiting until the last minute. If you need to make a change or cancel your transfer, we always try our best to accommodate your requests at no extra charge. Only during the busiest days of the year (over the holiday season in December), do we sometimes have to charge for changes or cancellations. Our official cancellation policy is as follows:
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Alpine North Limousine is not responsible for delays due to airline schedule changes, lost luggage, immigration, weather, road closures, or traffic conditions.
Transfers cancelled within 48 hours will be charged the full amount.
Transfers cancelled greater than 48 hours in advance there is no charge.
Transfer changes within 48 hours will be charged $100.
Delays/Waiting will be charged at the hourly rate for that vehicle.
Damage/Spills/Stains will be charged repair or clean up costs.
The use of alcohol, smoking, or drugs in the vehicle is prohibited.

We don’t normally offer a money back guarantee but we are very confident you will be happy with our service that if for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know and we will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction.

Yes, the earlier you can make your reservation the better but we can always accommodate last minute requests.
